From application to the day of departure

1. Approximately one week after application

If you are using our service for the first time, please complete the simple member registration before applying for a trip. After applying, you can check the meeting place, meeting time, etc. on your My Page.
If you add an option, you can also make additional credit card payments from your My Page.

2. Payment due date

Please pay by credit card when you book your trip.

3. Travel guide (departure information)

"Departure Information (Travel Guide)" is only provided for tours departing by train or plane. You can view it on your My Page by the day before the start of the trip. For bus tours, the tour details you confirmed when applying will be the "Travel Guide".

*We normally notify you one week to five days before your departure date, but if you apply less than seven days before the start of your trip, it may be on the day of your trip.

4. On the day of departure

Please arrive at the meeting point on time as instructed in advance.
