Hotel Accommodation are guaranteed a bed, and restaurants are guaranteed chairs and tables for a comfortable stay.
We will guide you by bus with toilet. *Excluding some areas and sections where we cannot arrange (hire car, taxi).
There will be no sharing of seats on the bus with other groups.

A tour conductor will accompany you and support you on your trip.
"Relaxed Trip": 1 tour conductor accompanies

"Very Relaxed": 1 tour conductor + Kindly staff accompany
*If the number of guests is 10 or less, one tour conductor will be provided.

[What is Kindly Staff?]
The staff members have certain nursing qualifications and are attentive to all tour participants.
We will monitor the condition of our participants and provide the necessary support and encouragement when needed.
(Support when getting on and off vehicles, providing assistance to those who are slow to walk, encouraging others to talk to you when appropriate, etc.)
*Please note that these staff are not responsible for caring for specific customers.
The tour conductor will make a "safety call" before departure.

Age restrictions for departure dates will be announced depending on the departure date.
Participants can choose according to their physical strength. People over 75 years old can also participate with peace of mind.
*For the 75+ years old course, all participants must be 75 years old or older.
*Only for those aged 75 and over On the departure date, you can participate if one of the participants is aged 75 or over.

We will provide a lowering bus or a step stool to make it easier for passengers to get on and off the bus.

A relaxed itinerary can be achieved by selecting sightseeing spots with short walking distances and using transportation.
"Relaxed tour": A leisurely tour of up to four sightseeing spots per day

"Very relaxed": We tour 1-3 sightseeing spots per day on average, so even people who use walking sticks can participate with ease.
