Upopoy is a national center for the revival of Ainu culture.
Upopoy (Symbolic Space for Ethnic Coexistence) is a hub for the revival and creation of Ainu culture that opened on Jul. 12, 2020 on the shores of Lake Poroto in Shiraoi Town, Hokkaido.
The nickname "Upopoy" means "singing (in a large group)" in the Ainu language.

Asahikawa City Asahiyama Zoo

This is the northernmost zoo in Japan, which opened on Jul. 1st, 1967. The zoo covers an area of over 15 hectares and is home to nearly 650 animals from over 100 species.

At Ashikaga Flower Park, the year is divided into eight themes, allowing visitors to enjoy different flowers at each season.

Twenty-four Eyes Movie Village

This is a renovated open set used for filming the movie "Twenty-Four Eyes," where the famous scene was shot. There is a wooden school building, the teacher's house, a fisherman's house, a teahouse, a souvenir shop... The Tsuboi Sakae Literature Museum also displays the furnishings that Tsuboi Sakae used while she was alive, as well as the original manuscripts of each of her works, and the movie theater "Shochikuza" regularly screens "Twenty-Four Eyes."
Kinema no Iori is a film and literature theme park where you can enjoy a gallery showcasing many masterpieces from the golden age of Japanese cinema in the 1950s through video and photographs, as well as a nostalgic school lunch set with anodized aluminum tableware.

Yamato Museum

This museum introduces the history of Kure, a naval port that flourished as Japan's number one naval arsenal and where the battleship Yamato was built, as well as science and technology, including shipbuilding and steelmaking.
Inside the museum, there is a huge 1/10 scale model of the battleship Yamato on display, which you can view up close.
In addition to an exhibition room that provides an easy-to-understand introduction to the principles of science and technology, mainly focusing on ships, through hands-on experience, there is also a large exhibition room that displays valuable actual items such as the A6M Zero Model 62 carrier-based fighter (Zero fighter). This facility allows you to learn about Kure's history, technology, and the importance of peace.

-This theme park recreates the streets of 17th century Holland on its vast Shikiji.
Huis Ten Bosch means "House in the Forest" in Dutch.
The city has a 6km-long canal where boats pass back and forth, and is home to a variety of amusement and museum facilities, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants.
In this town that exudes a European scent, seasonal flowers bloom all year round, heralding the arrival of each season, and when the sun sets, the entire town of Huis Ten Bosch is transformed into a sparkling city.
The city's castle, canals, and other attractions are beautifully illuminated, and Gaden and Jumoku are sparkling with illumination.

It is the prefecture's largest tourist theme park where you can experience Okinawa's nature, culture, and history.
Gyokusendo Cave is one of the largest in Japan, with over one million stalactites and a total length of 5,000 meters. Currently, 890 meters of the cave are open to the public, and the remaining area is preserved for research purposes.
Additionally, in the Ryukyu Kingdom castle town, where rows of traditional houses over 100 years old stand side by side, four old houses and one fool are registered in the national tangible cultural property register.
Within the castle town, you can enjoy the experience of making traditional crafts.
