Ryukyu Glass
Due to resource shortages after the Pacific War, the company started by melting down empty cola and beer bottles discarded at US military bases to make glass. The glasses sparkle in the Okinawan sunlight.
Kariyushi Wear
A shirt similar to an aloha shirt. It has become popular in Okinawa-Prefecture as a white-collar summer outfit, replacing a dress shirt and tie.
Snow salt
It contains 18 different minerals and is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the salt with the most mineral content in the world. There are many products that use Yuki Shio, such as Yuki Shio ice cream, Yuki Shio chinsuko, and Yuki Shio rusks.
Mozuku seaweed
In fact, most of the mozuku seaweed in Japan is from Okinawa. Locals love to fry it as tempura! Natural mozuku seaweed from Kumejima is delicious, with its crispy batter and the mysterious sticky texture that is unique to mozuku seaweed.

It may sound a little strange to non-locals, but we will introduce some Okinawan dialects that will make your trip even more enjoyable if you know them.
