Daiwa Royal Hotel will be transformed into 12 "Grand Mercure" hotels and 10 "Mercure" hotels.

Grand Mercure is a premium brand with approximately 60 locations around the world, allowing guests to immerse themselves in culture and customs of each region through all five senses through the scents that symbolize the region and dining experiences using local ingredients. With their rebranding and reopening, Grand Mercure and Mercure have been reborn as hotels that offer a high-quality Accommodation experience.
During evening social time (15:00-18:00), you can enjoy sparkling wine and snacks in the lounge, and during nightcap (21:00-23:00), you can freely enjoy a variety of alcoholic drinks, including whiskey, brandy, vodka, tequila, and gin. (*1)
Other, on tours where you have dinner at a hotel, drinks, including alcohol, will be free-flowing at dinner (some menu items are chargeable).
After taking a bath, you can quench your thirst with sweet sake (amazake), tea, and other drinks made with carefully selected ingredients in the hot spring lounge (※2), and then relax on a sofa.
