Yatsuhashi
It is a type of hard-baked rice cracker made by mixing rice flour, sugar, and cinnamon, steaming it, rolling it out thinly, and then baking it. "Nama-tsuhashi," which is made without baking the dough, is also famous. Currently, matcha, black sesame, peach, strawberry, chocolate, and other flavors are available. Pickles

Yuzen paper is made using the dyeing technique of Kyo Yuzen, which is famous as a traditional craft in Kyoto. It is vividly finished in such a tasteful material of Kyoto.
