Kobe Luminarie, a festival of light

The 30th Kobe Luminarie has been held as a symbol of the memorial service for the victims of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and the hope for the reconstruction and revitalization of the city. Following on from the previous event, it will be held again in Jan. the year the disaster occurred.
