Kyushu's Largest Fireworks Festival

This year, the biggest fireworks event in Western Japan will be held again, with 22,000 fireworks being launched. The spectacular fireworks will light up the night sky, including the Isshakudama Fireworks Competition, in which 30 of Japan's most famous fireworks makers will put their heart and soul into the Isshakudama Fireworks Competition, and a massive star mine display with 5,000 shots in five minutes.

Huis Ten Bosch's symbolic tower is located within the spacious grounds and can be seen from anywhere in the city.
It is a replica of the tallest church bell tower in the Netherlands, and from the observation room you can see the cityscape of Huis Ten Bosch, Omura Bay, and if the air is clear, even as far as Mount Unzen and Mount Fugen.
