"Kiyotsu Gorge" - a spectacular view reflected in the water

Kiyotsu Gorge is one of Japan's most picturesque sites, made up of majestic rock reefs and clear streams. The huge cliffs that rise up on either side of the Kiyotsu River create a V-shaped gorge, and the majestic columnar jointed rock faces and emerald-green clear streams leave a deep impression on all who visit.
It was reopened in 2018 with the addition of a new entrance facility and contemporary art works inside the tunnel, attracting attention as a photo spot. At the end of the tunnel, at the Panorama Station, you can enjoy a fantastical space with the grand canyon reflected in the water.
