A tea plantation in the sky that inherits the traditions from the Edo period

In the Kamigaru district of Kasuga Village (currently Ibigawa Town), the birthplace of the "Sazareishi" (pebbles) known from the Japanese national anthem "Kimigayo," there is a place known as the "Tea Fields in the Sky" that seem to be floating in the sky. In these tea fields, which can be seen from an altitude of about 440m, the cultivation of Kamigaru tea has been handed down since the Edo period.
