宍道湖の美しい湖面をいかした、日本有数の花火大会

松江水郷祭湖上花火大会は、島根県松江市の宍道湖で開催される日本有数の花火大会です。宍道湖の美しい湖面で打ち上げられる花火が特徴で、連続斜め打ちやスターマイン尺玉連発、尺玉の4台船からの同時打ち上げなど、広大な会場でしか実施できない独特な「垂れ幕下がり」などが、暗い湖面に映え美しい光景が作り出されます。
2025年は、8月2日（土）に10,000発、8月3日（日）に11,000発の計21,000発の花火を打ち上げるほか、ドローンショーも予定しています。
