Fuji Five Lakes

Fuji 5 Lakes are located around Mount Fuji from the east as follows: Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Sai, Lake Shoji, and Lake Motosu. It is said that the lava flow from the eruption of the volcano of the Great Hanshin-Awaji volcano in the early 19th century formed a river in the lake.

Mount Minobu

From the summit of Mount Minobu, which is 1,153 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view, including Mount Fuji to the east. There are two weeping cherry trees over 400 years old in the grounds of Mount Minobu, which bloom beautifully in spring.

Mount Fuji ・Lake Yamanaka tourist attraction and flower city park (Hana no Miyako Kouen) is located at Takahara resort Yamanakako Village, which is the closest to Mount Fuji.
