Mount Katsuragi

The Mt. Katsuragi Ropeway connects the summit of Mt. Katsuragi, which is 452 meters above sea level, to the base of the mountain, a total distance of 1,800 meters. From the observation deck at the summit, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Mount Fuji, Suruga Bay, Hakone, and Amaki mountains. It takes about 7 minutes by ropeway to reach the summit.

Nihondaira

This is a natural park located at an elevation of approximately 1,500 meters on the slopes of Mount Fuji. It is a famous photo spot where you can enjoy different views of Mount Fuji throughout the four seasons.

Jikkoku Pass

The summit of Higaneyama, which spans Atami City and Kannami Town. The name comes from the fact that you can overlook the Ten Kingdoms, including Izu, Suruga, and Kai, as well as the Five Islands, including Oshima and Miyakejima, hence the name 'Ten Kingdoms and Five Islands.'

Nishiizu Skyline

This is a skyline that represents Izu Peninsula, running along the ridge from Mt. Daruma (Darumayama) to Toi Pass (Toitoge). Along the way, there is the Daruma Yamatakahara Rest House, a point offering a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji.

Asagiri Plateau

Asagiri Plateau, located in the northern part of Shizuoka-ken Fujinomiya-shi and also on the western foothills of Mount Fuji, is a plateau with an elevation ranging from 700 to 1,000 meters. From the plateau, you can enjoy views of Mount Fuji, and during the summer, it becomes a popular tourist destination as a cool retreat.

Tanuki Lake

Tanuki Lake, located in Shizuoka-ken Fujinomiya-shi is an artificial lake with a circumference of 4km. It is situated in a corner of the western foothills of Mount Fuji and the Asagiri Plateau.
