[Rediscover the charm of the region] Club Tourism 's original trip to 47 regions (47 regions)
Club Tourism 's original 47 region trips and tours! We will introduce information on festivals and events in each region, as well as food, walking, and private events. Club Tourism supports local areas through travel. Why not support your local area through a trip created together with local people from all over the country?
Listen! I'll introduce my favorite areas and gourmet food.
Kanto /Koshinetsu
[Saitama Prefecture] Izumo Taisha Saitama Branch
Suzuki-san, 50s
About 10 minutes from Asaka Station, there is a small shrine called Izumo Taisha, the only one in Saitama Prefecture. This shrine is closely tied to the local community and has a different goshuin stamp every month. No matter how many times I visit, I always feel purified and sacred.
[Ibaraki Prefecture] Hitachi Oiwa Shrine
Hiroshin, 50s
Hitachi Province's oldest sacred mountain, this is a place of prayer for the former Mito Domain, where 188 gods are enshrined. It is one of Japan's leading power spots, known only to those in the know. The 500-year-old Sanbonsugi cedar trees and moss-covered rocks create a mystical and sacred forest atmosphere reminiscent of the movie "Princess Mononoke." For lunch, we recommend the hand-made soba restaurant "Irishiken" just before the temple.
[Kanagawa Prefecture] Inazawa Sakurayama
Mr. Lin-Chan, 70s
It is a quiet and peaceful mountain of cherry blossoms.
This is a cherry blossom spot that is rarely advertised. In the past, the dates of the Cherry Blossom Festival were announced in the public relations magazine, but since Tsukui Town was merged into Sagamihara City, it is no longer featured in the magazine.
There are good hiking trails nearby, so I often go for walks with friends who are visiting from Tokyo.
Hokuriku/Tokai
[Toyama Prefecture] Toyama City Hall
Junko-sama, 50s
I was impressed by the magnificent view of the Tateyama mountain range and the cityscape of Toyama from the observation deck of Toyama City Hall. It is open on Sundays as well. There is a guard in the city hall who can show you the way to the observation deck.
[Aichi Prefecture] Southwest corner tower of Nagoya Castle
Makirinko, 50s
The Southwest Corner Tower is a tower built in the southwest corner of the Honmaru to defend Nagoya Castle. It has a rare form with a double exterior and three interior floors. The castle tower (currently closed) and the glittering Honmaru Palace completed in 2018 are popular, but this tower was rebuilt in 1923, and the steep stairs, creaking floors, falling stones, and other things inside will make you think back to those days. (However, entry is only available on public opening days.)
[Shizuoka Prefecture] Ishizu Coast Park
Colon-san, 50s
You will be fascinated by the Pacific Ocean that stretches as far as the eye can see. The atmosphere is also different when the color of the ocean changes in the morning and evening. It is less well known among locals than the famous Miho no Matsubara, but it is a spot you should definitely stop by on your drive along the coast. You can take photogenic pictures that you will want to show everyone.
Kansai
[Hyogo Prefecture] Kobe night view
Anu, 30s
I often go shopping or take a walk in Harborland, and the night view is very beautiful. One of the famous spots, the Port Tower, is currently under renovation, but I think it will light up the city again after the renovation.
[Hyogo Prefecture] Shingu, Tatsuno City, National Guest House Singuso
yasutabe, 70s
This is homemade bread from the "Kokuminshukusha Shingu-so." It was delicious, and it seems that you can buy it as a souvenir in sets of 10 and 5.
[Hyogo Prefecture] Akashi Uono-tana Shopping Street, where seafood is delicious
Bambi Maruko, 60s
Akashi has a long history as a castle town, and in 2019 it will be 400 years since Akashi Castle was built. You can also enjoy the delicious flavors of Akashi, such as octopus, sea bream, and conger eel. The color of the Bar Bridge at Okura Beach changes depending on the time of day. Please come to Akashi, a scenic city with both mountains and sea. We look forward to seeing you.
Sanin and Sanyo
[Okayama Prefecture] Okayama Castle
yasutabe, 70s
I went to Okayama Castle. They were preparing for the summer Karasu Castle event, and various colorful umbrellas were on display even during the day. I heard that it's more fantastical at night. It seems to be held during Aug..
