Frequently Asked Questions | Please tell me the process from booking a tour to departure.

1. Approximately one week after application
You can check your reservations, meeting place, meeting time, etc. on your My Page.
If you add an option, you can also make additional credit card payments from your My Page.

2. Payment due date
Please pay by credit card when you book your trip.

3. Travel guide (departure information)
"Departure Information (Travel Guide)" is only available for tours departing by train or plane. You can view it on your My Page up until the day before the start of your trip.

*We normally notify you one week to five days before your departure date, but if you apply less than seven days before the start of your trip, it may be on the day of your trip.

4. On the day of departure
Please arrive at the meeting point on time as instructed in advance.
You can check the map to the meeting place on your My Page.
