Q. Can I change the meal plan?


If you have any dietary restrictions due to religious reasons, allergies, or medical reasons, please contact us by email at <welcome@club-tourism.co.jp> at least one month before your departure. We will make arrangements to the extent possible.
Please send it by email using the following format:

・Name of person who would like to arrange the meal:
・What meals would you like to change? (The more detailed your description, the more we can accommodate your request.)
(Example) I would like a vegetarian meal. However, I can eat dairy products and eggs. I can't eat meat or fish.
・Meat: OK or not OK
・Fish: Possible or not
・Meat or fish stock: OK or not OK
・Eggs: OK or not OK
・Onions: OK or not OK
・Dairy products: OK or not OK
・Honey: OK or not OK
・Alcoholic condiments: OK or not OK

・We are unable to accommodate requests to change the contents of Meals, except for cases such as religious reasons, dietary restrictions due to allergies or medical considerations, which may pose a threat to your physical safety. Please make your own arrangements.
・We cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.
・Meal arrangements cannot be made for buffets.
