Q.Is it possible to participate in a wheelchair?


Depending on the type and size of your wheelchair, you may not be able to participate.
Please note that a tour conductor cannot provide support, so you will need to have someone accompany you. Your companion will also be asked to help load and unload the wheelchair.
Please contact us by email at <welcome@club-tourism.co.jp> with your wheelchair size and any other details you require at least two months prior to your departure.

*Gas spring wheelchairs cannot be checked in on the aircraft.
*In the case of lithium-ion batteries, spare batteries cannot be checked in on the aircraft.

*If it cannot be folded, it may not be possible to store it on the bus.

・If you are taking part in a tour that involves flying within Japan, please be aware of the following points regarding travel within the airport/airplane.
1. Do you need a wheelchair to move around the airport (from the counter to the boarding gate)? : Yes or No
②Do you need a rental wheelchair to get on the plane (from the boarding gate to your seat)? :Yes or No
*The use of in-cabin wheelchairs is limited to those who have difficulty walking, even with the assistance of an accompanying person or staff member.
