[Tours using trains]
Use Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen lines
If you bring on board luggage whose total length, width and height exceeds 160cm (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"),
You will need to reserve a seat with oversized baggage area in advance, so after completing your reservation, please contact us by email at <welcome@club-tourism.co.jp> at least two months before departure.

There is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited and last minute reservations may not be possible.
Even if you are able to make a reservation, you may be seated in a separate car from other passengers. Please note that you cannot bring on board luggage whose total dimensions exceed 250cm. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on the train, so we ask that you divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.

Use Shinkansen or limited express trains other than Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen lines
You do not need to reserve a luggage storage space, but there are limited spaces available.
Please pack your luggage as small as possible and bring only luggage that can fit in the overhead compartment above the seats.

[Tours using buses]
For both day trips and Accommodation tours, you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage area on the bus.
Due to limited space, we ask that you please limit yourself to one suitcase per person.
