Q.Can I get a receipt?


You can issue it from your My Page.
If all of the following conditions are not met, you will not be able to issue a receipt from your My Page, so please contact us if you do not meet the conditions.

[Conditions for issuing online receipts]
The person who logs in must be the person who made the payment (the representative of the payment).
The travel fare for all participants in the group must be paid in full.
That no refund has been given.
The full amount has been paid.
The return date of the trip must be after the date of return.
The return date must be within 30 days of the trip.
The reservation is not made at an affiliated store.
It must not have been issued.
*A receipt can only be issued once per tour.
