Frequently Asked Questions | I haven't received my "Departure Information (Travel Guide)".

The "Departure Guide" only provides information for tours that depart by train or plane.
You can view your "Departure Information (Travel Itinerary)" by going to your My Page at least one day before your trip begins and selecting "Booked Tours."

*Your reservation can usually be viewed one week to five days before your departure date, but if you apply less than seven days before the start of your trip, it may be available on the day of your trip.

<Important Notices>
・For "tours that depart and return by bus" and "plans where you meet directly at the location," there will be no "departure information (travel guide)" unless the content has yet to be decided.
・The round-trip transportation flight number, departure and arrival times, and Accommodation name will be finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Therefore, we are unable to provide details about the meeting place and time, or Accommodation even if you contact us by email.
