How to apply for Nationwide Travel Support (Nationwide Travel Discount)
How to apply for a tour eligible for nationwide travel support
When booking your tour, be sure to select the appropriate option.
Please note that if you do not apply for the option, you will not be eligible for the Nationwide Travel Support Subsidy.

How to select options

Please check the reservation status on the calendar on the tour details page and click on the desired date. You will be redirected to the "Application Details Screen" (this screen).

After selecting the number of participants and the room type (if the tour includes Accommodation), you will be able to select "Options". Please follow the instructions on the screen to select the options.
When applying for a tour, be sure to select the appropriate option. Please note that if you do not apply for an option, you will not be eligible for the nationwide travel support subsidy.
To apply for Nationwide Travel Assistance, you will need to select from the following two items.
(1) Vaccination status and testing status
(2) Applicable Nationwide Travel Support Subsidies
(1) Vaccination status and testing status
Please select the vaccination and testing status that applies to each participant from the ones displayed on the screen.
*To receive the subsidy, you will need to present proof of having received the COVID-19 vaccine three or more times or having a negative test result.
(The number of vaccinations that apply varies by prefecture.)
(2) Selection of applicable national travel support subsidies
Please select all that apply to each participant from the nationwide travel support grants displayed on the screen.
*You must select all prefectures to be visited on the tour.
Please select the displayed "National Travel Support Subsidy/XX Prefecture".
For Accommodation tours, all prefectures where you will be Accommodation will be displayed, so please select them all.
If no selection is made, the subsidy will not be applied, so please check again to make sure you have not missed any registrations.
Confirm the payment amount on the application details confirmation screen
After selecting an option, please proceed with entering information according to the instructions on the screen, and in the "Payment Details" displayed on the "Confirm Application Details" screen, please confirm that (1) vaccination status/testing status and (2) applicable Nationwide Travel Support Subsidy are selected and reflected in the total amount.
*Please make sure that "(2) Applicable Nationwide Travel Support Subsidies" is selected for all prefectures visited on the tour for the number of participants. (However, prefectures that do not have the Nationwide Travel Support Subsidy will not be displayed on the option selection screen.)
