The prefectures that have officially announced that the "National Travel Support" period will be from Jul. 2023 onwards are as follows:
We will inform you on this page about how we will handle customers who have applied for travel products that we have selected as tours eligible for the Nationwide Travel Support Project.

In response to the decision to classify the novel coronavirus disease as a Class 5 infectious disease from May. 8, 2023,
Regarding nationwide travel assistance, the terms of use for travel from that date onwards have been changed, and confirmation of vaccination history or negative test results is no longer required.

*There is a limited number of eligible tours, and not all trips are eligible for subsidy; only courses specified by our company are eligible for subsidy.

Regarding the suspension of subsidy (discount) applications from Jul. 2023 onwards

[Applications suspended] As of midnight on Nov. 2nd, subsidies (discounts) for all courses in Saitama Prefecture have been suspended.

[Applications suspended] For Hokkaido, we have suspended applications for subsidies (discounts) for all courses from 6:00 p.m. on Oct. 30th.

[Applications suspended] As of 6:00 PM on Sep. 11th, subsidies (discounts) for all courses in Kochi Prefecture have been suspended.

[Applications suspended] As of 12:00 noon on Aug. 9th, applications for subsidies (discounts) have been suspended for some courses in Nagasaki Prefecture.

[Applications suspended] As of 6:00 PM on Aug. 7th, subsidies (discounts) for all courses in Toyama Prefecture have been suspended.

[Applications suspended] As of 6:00 PM on Jul. 27th, applications for subsidies (discounts) have been suspended for some courses in Toyama Prefecture.

[Applications suspended] As of 6:00 PM on Jul. 20th, subsidies (discounts) for all courses in Shizuoka Prefecture have been suspended.

[Applications suspended] As of 12:00 noon on Jul. 18th, applications for subsidies (discounts) have been suspended for some courses in Kagoshima Prefecture.

About area-limited coupons

*As the coupons are electronic, you will need a smartphone or tablet to receive them. Please bring them with you on the day of your trip. In addition, coupons cannot be issued on phones that cannot connect to the Internet, such as older mobile phones (feature phones) other than smartphones, or phones that cannot download apps, and in some cases subsidies (discounts) may not be applied.

What is Nationwide Travel Support?

This is a limited-time campaign aimed at stimulating tourism demand nationwide, with the aim of supporting the various tourism businesses that have been severely affected by the spread of COVID-19 and quickly restoring the decline in travel demand.
For Accommodation within Japan, up to Dec. 27th (our tours return on Dec. 28th), 40% of the travel cost will be subsidized [up to 8,000 yen per person per night for travel products with transportation (rail, bus, air, etc.), and up to 5,000 yen for Other travel products]. In addition, coupons that can be used to purchase souvenirs and meals at the travel destination will be distributed for 3,000 yen on weekdays and 1,000 yen on holidays. From Jan. 10th, 2023, 20% of the travel cost will be subsidized [up to 5,000 yen per person per night for travel products with transportation (rail, bus, air, etc.), and up to 3,000 yen for Other travel products]. In addition, coupons that can be used to purchase souvenirs and meals at the travel destination will be distributed for 2,000 yen on weekdays and 1,000 yen on holidays.

About area-limited coupons

●Coupons will be electronic in principle. Electronic coupons will only be issued to those who have a smartphone or tablet on the day of travel.
●Coupons will be given to you by Accommodation facility for Accommodation trips on the day of the tour, and by the tour conductor for day trips. Please note that the coupons can only be used within the prefecture where Accommodation Accommodation is located for overnight trips, and within the prefecture of the main destination for day trips.
●In some prefectures, coupons may not be available for day trips.
If the prefectures and Accommodation are unable to prepare the coupons in time, we may not be able to give you the coupons. In that case, please note that we will not be able to provide any compensation.
●In order to use the regional limited coupon as an electronic coupon, you may need to download a special app to the smartphone or tablet device you will use on the day of your trip.
●If you download the app and register as a member before the day of your trip, you will be able to use the app smoothly on the day.
●We may not be able to answer your questions due to issues with your mobile phone model or settings, so if you have any questions about how to operate the download process, please ask your family, friends, or a nearby mobile phone shop.

How to obtain regional coupons (electronic coupons)

The method for obtaining regional coupons (electronic coupons) varies for each prefecture.

Ishikawa Prefecture Tourism Coupon

When using the "Region-limited Coupon (Electronic Coupon)" on courses eligible for Ishikawa Prefecture's nationwide travel support,
You will need to download it onto the smartphone device you will use on the day of your trip.
(Please note that you cannot download it in advance until the day of your trip.)
Customers who do not have a smartphone or tablet device cannot use regional coupons.
Please note that some models may not be compatible.

Confirmation documents to be presented on the day of tour departure

Applicable conditions and application period vary by prefecture.

On the day of departure, please be sure to bring your original ID with you to verify your identity and place of residence.
Please present these documents when you arrive at the hotel on the day of your departure. (Depending on the prefecture, you may be asked to present them again at the Accommodation facility.)
If you do not present the necessary documents, the subsidy will not be applied and no coupon will be issued.
Some prefectures have designated documents that are acceptable as identification.

Note

- When implementing the program, consultations will be held with prefectures, and if a prefecture requests that it not implement the program in light of the infection situation, travel to that prefecture will be excluded from the support.
- The subsidy rate and start date may vary by prefecture.
