In 1999, Nagano Prefecture selected 100 locations within the prefecture where beautiful sunsets can be viewed. You can enjoy ever-changing views, such as the sparkling Shinano River in the morning, the particularly beautiful sunset sinking into the five mountains of Hokushin in the evening, and the night view that looks like a diamond studded night.
