That's where the "Itowokashi Box" sweets box comes in handy. It has nine small compartments, so you can collect your favorite sweets and make your own assortment. Hot Springs

Onsenji Temple, associated with Takeda Shingen
According to legend, Shibu Onsen was discovered by Gyoki 1,300 years ago. During the Sengoku period, it became one of Takeda Shingen's secret hot springs. Shingen donated 70 kanmon to Onsenji Temple in the hot spring town and had the main hall renovated. Since then, Onsenji Temple has credited Shingen with founding it. During the Battle of Kawanakajima, wounded soldiers were recuperated here, which is why the temple's crest is the Takeda diamond, and a letter of assurance written by Shingen himself is a temple treasure. Within the temple grounds there is a rare Japanese-style sauna called the "Shingen Kamadoburo."
