信州名物のジャムとワインの農場
長野市内からアップルラインを過ぎて妙高高原に行く途中の三水村の高台に「サン・クゼール」がある。ここで作られるジャムやワインなどは、信州名産品として有名。特にオールフルーツのジャムは砂糖を使わず、素材も甘さもフルーツ100％で、果物本来の味が人気。あんずやブルーベリー、いちご、いちじくなど種類の豊富に揃う。農場内にはレストランがあり、ワイナリー・ショップでの買い物も楽しめる。

トレッキング天国、斑尾高原
斑尾高原トレッキングトレイルは、一生に一度は訪れてみたい100ヶ所のひとつとして「遊歩百選」（読売新聞社）に選出されている。1000mの高原に点在する湿原、湖沼や3つの山頂を結ぶコースは、総延長約50km。車道を歩かず、回遊性を持つのが特徴で、約80軒の宿を基地とし、体力や嗜好・興味、時間等によって選べる。また、斑尾山は全長80kmのロングトレイル「信越トレイル」の出発点でもあり、高原内の約25kmがそのメイントレイルとなっている。
