The president himself purchases high-quality meat, cooks it in the shop's workshop and sells it, and the product is overflowing with love and attention to detail, resulting in outstanding flavor. This is an unanimously recommended Sengokuhara specialty.

Approximately 28,000 years ago, there was a caldera lake called Lake Sengokuhara in Sengokuhara, and approximately 3,000 years ago, an eruption filled up the northern half of the lake, leaving the Sengokuhara Marsh as a remnant of that lake. Due to its unique weather conditions, the marshland is home to rare plant communities, making it a national natural monument. In addition, the slopes of Tanigatake are kept beautiful by burning the mountain, and the green grasslands in summer and the autumn scenery of the golden ears of silver grass blowing through create an atmospheric atmosphere befitting the area's reputation as a famous silver grass spot.
