Hot Spring Specialties

Water that meets all the "standards for delicious water"
The Oirase beech forest has been nurturing life since ancient times, passing through the changing seasons. The flowing water is bottled as "Oirase Source Water," which is full of the breath of nature. It meets all the "standards for delicious water" and can be drunk as is, or used in coffee, tea, and water mixes. At the manufacturing factory on the first floor of the manufacturer, "Oirase Water Museum," you can observe the manufacturing process through a glass window. "Oirase Coffee," an original canned coffee made with Oirase Source Water, is also popular.

Hot Springs

Walk along Oirase Stream depending on your stamina and time.
Oirase Stream is about 15km long with an elevation difference of about 200m, and people walk it in different ways, but for first timers it is common to walk only one way, from Nenokuchi side downstream. There is also a shuttle bus, so it is safe to walk only the highlight section. The highlight section is about 9km from Ishigedo to Nenokuchi, and spectacular landscapes appear one after another, including various waterfalls such as Choshi Otaki, "Ashura no Nagare" and "Manryo no Nagare". The walk takes about two and a half hours.
