- Where can I use my Tourist Travel Voucher?
- It can be used at Club Tourism and Kinki Nippon Tourist Group stores nationwide, as well as some agents and authorized dealers.
- Will I get change?
- Yes, you can. If you pay at Club Tourism customer counter or send your ticket to a Club Tourism travel voucher delivery address, the change will be returned in cash. If you pay at a Kinki Nippon Tourist Tourist store, any amount over 1,000 yen will be returned in a tourist travel voucher, and any amount under 1,000 yen will be returned in cash.
- Is there an expiration date?
- There is no expiration date.
- Can I send it as a gift or to a specific address?
- Yes. If you purchase online, the shipping fee is 600 yen (tax included) per location nationwide. Since it is a gift certificate, it will be sent by courier as a valuable item. If you purchase and ship at a store, please contact each Kinki Nippon Tourist store for shipping fees.
- Can I have a gift wrapping provided?
- Yes. You can choose from two types of noshi: a bow type and a knot type.
- Can I use it outside of the tour?
- Yes. You can use it to purchase tickets and airline tickets at Kinki Kinki Nippon Tourist Tourist outlets.
However, there are some products that cannot be used, such as JR coupon tickets and gift cards.
Club Tourism products can only be used to pay for tours.
- In what types of applications can it be used?
- You can use your tourist travel voucher regardless of how you apply: by phone, online, or at the counter.
When making payment, you have two options: 1) Visit a Club Tourism customer service desk or a Kinki Kinki Nippon Tourist Tourist branch where you can make reservations and payments for Club Tourism tours; 2) Send your payment by registered mail to the address for each travel voucher, along with a note with the "course number applied for, departure date," "contact number," and "representative's name."
