Within the 3,000 tsubo (9,760 m2) grounds are the main house, an armory, the Kaitai Shinsho Memorial Museum, Akita a local museum, a samurai tool museum, a high-color museum (antique gallery cafe), a Bakumatsu photo museum, and a period experience hermitage.
