<Important> Club Tourism Online Course Promises
Anyone who wants to enjoy Club Tourism Travel more and agrees with the purpose of making friends through travel can apply for and take the online course. Please be sure to read this information when applying.

●Online courses will close as soon as they are full.
Priority will be given to continuing students, and continuation procedures may be completed before general recruitment.
●If the number of participants/applicants does not reach a certain number, the online course may be canceled or postponed.
●Please interpret the various information provided in a way that reflects online courses.
(Example: Departure date ⇒ Course date, travel expenses ⇒ Course fees, etc.)
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees must be paid at least 10 days before the course date.
●Payment can only be made by credit card.
If payment is not confirmed within 10 days prior to the class date, your booking will be cancelled.
Changes in performers or lecturers, changes in course content or schedule, and cancellations
●Due to unavoidable circumstances, the content and schedule may be changed, and the course may be held with alternative performers and instructors.
●Online courses may be canceled due to instructor illness, transportation strikes, or natural disasters.
●In the event of an emergency, we may contact you on the day, so please let us know your mobile phone number if you have one.
●If a class is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will consider holding a make-up class separately, but if a make-up class is not possible, we will refund the appropriate tuition fee.
●For online courses, if there are no students within 30 minutes of the start of the class, even if it is the opening day, and there is no notification of lateness or absence, the course will be canceled. In such cases, course fees will not be refunded.
Cancellation
●Please note that for online courses, if you cancel or change your registration for personal reasons within 10 days before the first day of classes, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee.
Requests for taking the course
●Those who are likely to significantly disrupt the course atmosphere may be asked to refrain from attending the course.
●Please observe etiquette when using mobile phones so as not to cause a nuisance to others.
●Please refrain from recording or taking photographs unless specifically permitted.
● Club Tourism online courses are not covered by the special compensation insurance stipulated in our travel agency terms and conditions.
●Please check the signal strength of your internet connection device in advance. There will be no refunds for absences or lateness due to poor connection.
Trial attendance of regular courses *Please read only the relevant course
●For regular courses, in principle, you can take a trial class (only once). However, there may be restrictions in place for courses that Full or for some courses, and you may not be able to take the class. Please contact us for more information.
●Reservations must be made in advance for trial lessons.
●If you wish to continue with the course after taking the trial course, you will be charged the course fee from the day you can participate until the last day.
*We will not refund the course fee even if you are unable to attend for personal reasons between the date you become eligible to participate and the last day of the course.

●Please note that we cannot disclose Personal Information such as addresses or telephone numbers of instructors, performers, and participants due to Personal Information reasons.
●Our company and our group companies will use Personal Information provided by customers to contact them, and will also use it to the extent necessary to smoothly implement the course for which you have applied.
*In addition, our company and our group companies may use your personal information to: (1) deliver the "Tabi no Tomo" magazine and Other travel advertisements and magazines published by our company; (2) provide information about products, services, and campaigns from our company and companies that collaborate with us; (3) provide information about insurance, souvenirs, parking, accommodation before and after the trip, airport delivery of luggage, etc.; (4) request your opinions and impressions after participating in a trip; (5) request you to fill in a survey; (6) provide special services; (7) compile statistical data; and (8) provide Personal Information about participating in our business.
●We will use the minimum amount of personal data we hold about you, such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address, jointly with our group companies. Our group companies may use this information to provide information about their respective companies' business operations, events, etc., and to ship purchased products.
