If you have any comments or opinions about Club Tourism, please contact us here. Your comments will be investigated by our Customer Service Center, and in principle, the relevant department will contact you.

Inquiries via the Internet

  • Inquiries will be confirmed from Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00 (if the inquiry falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or the New Year holiday (12/30-1/3), the inquiry will be confirmed from the next business day).
    Depending on the content of your inquiry, it may take some time for us to respond.

  • For inquiries outside departure hours, please Phone Inquiry the "Emergency Contact" on the bottom right of the "Travel Guide" or "Travel Notebook".

  • In order to respond promptly, please enter your name and specific details (Tour Number, departure date, inquiry number, purpose, etc.).

  • Depending on the content of your request, we may not be able to respond.

  • Your Personal Information may be used to respond to your inquiries, and may also be used as statistical data for improving our services, without identifying individuals.
